In 2012, we were awarded a project to rebuild the GMP factory in South Africa which had sustained considerable damage in a hurricane. Although the client had previously used machines from Europe, they decided to replace the damaged equipment with our Pharmaland machines, made in China.

Considering the configuration of the factory and the production capacity the client wanted to achieve, we designed a solution to provide high-speed machines. The resulting cost of the Pharmaland equipment was only 30% of the original cost of the European equipment.

We shipped and installed all the equipment mentioned above. Now, after 9 years, all the machines remain in full operation. Periodically, every 2–3 years, Pharmaland has sent engineers to the factory to inspect the status of all machines, provide service as needed, and set video meetings to resolve occasional issues with the machines.

We developed a strategic cooperation with the client, which developed into PAG manufacturing other types of supplements for this client that they weren’t equipped to produce in their own plant.

As a full-line product solution provider, PAG produces gummy candy, softgel, tablet, capsules, and other forms of supplements in our facility in China, This allows us to provide one-stop solution to our clients, ranging from raw materials to finished supplements and pharmaceutical manufacturing machines.

In 2018, an existing Pharmaland supplement client wanted to start supplement production in the USA.

It was an exciting project that required considerable attention and careful planning to design and install.

Pharmaland began by collecting the base demands for the production range and desired capacity, and considered the factory area and layout, as well as the power supply, air source, etc.

After thoughtful consideration, we designed a fully automated production line, including the components mentioned above. It took less than a year from the initial design to actual factory production.

We are pleased to see this customer’s business is steadily improving, while the production scale continues to expand.

In 2016, Pharmaland met a prospective new client from Romania, who was a newcomer to the industry, who was skeptical about products from China. We understood this and worked to earn their trust.

We took notes on the size of the client’s available factory space and number of workers, and recommended the configuration of the GMP layout. Pharmaland provided customized machinery, so that the client got the optimum size and production speed, that was both cost-effective and safe.

This fully automatic production line helped the factory dramatically improve production efficiency, increase accuracy, and reduce labor costs. Now, 6 years after installation, all the machines are still fully operational and Pharmaland still provides service and replacement parts.
